The book Looking for Alaska was written by John Green. Looking for Alaska was published on March third, 2005. The book is written about a boy named Miles, Miles is going to a boarding school far away from his lonely home. When Miles reaches boarding school he is quickly greeted by his outgoing roommate, he is also greeted by his first crush, Alaska. Unfortunately, Alaska has a boyfriend. In this book Miles has to figure out a way to get Alaska. Throughout this book, you can experience Miles and his friends creating the best prank the school has ever seen, and Miles and his friends looking desperately for their friend and love Alaska. I really enjoyed this book, whenever the characters went through something I also felt that I was experiencing what they were feeling. I do however feel that at some points the book was somewhat slow and not easy to follow. I still think this book is worth reading. Looking for Alaska is one of my favorite books.
